So far our trip has been everything I could ask for and more. Here is a list of the “more I didn’t ask for”
-Heat: It is hot, really hot.
-Thirst: I am really thirsty, and all our water is really warm
-Humidity: It is humid enough that you can pretty much get a drink of water just by running around outside with your mouth open.
-A broken can opener and cupboards full of canned food
-A broken power inverter and electronics that constantly need charged
- Gas pumps automaticall that stop at $100
-A tank that $100 does not fill (not even close)
-The curtain that goes around the front window on our RV when we are camp is at home in our laundry room
- Showering with a 5 year old who is terrified of showeing is a taurmatic experience for both of us.
-Time and even day of the week is a blur. The kids broke the hands off the Rv clock. I have to judge time by the sun and grumbling tummies. And tummies are always grumbling.
Amy, you crack me up! The judging time by the sun and grumbling tummies...I can only imagine. Do you want me to mail the RV curtain to Rick's parents or somewhere else so you can have it? Let me know, I'd be happy to do it.
